Not Quite There

Not Quite There is a small zine about liminality, tenderness, and becoming. It holds the parts that don’t land neatly—the pauses, the unfinished, the questions still stretching out.

I made it alongside I Love You Always, All Ways. Where the book carries the weight of lineage, family, and love, this zine lets some of that weight float. The photographs don’t need to arrive anywhere. They can drift, linger, contradict one another, or simply be.

Small. Handheld. 12 pages. Like a whisper.

Maybe being not quite there is its own kind of arrival.

I keep returning to the ordinary moments that quietly shape who we become.
