For Apple’s Hometown project, I had the distinct honor of documenting Washington, D.C. through my lens, joining over 30 Black photographers commissioned to capture their hometowns in celebration of Black History Month. Shot entirely on the iPhone 12 Pro, this project focused on the people and hidden pockets of the city that pulse with local culture—each frame telling a story of place, identity, and the beauty found in the everyday.
